This is an exclusive tour, an unparalleled experience, a dip in one of the richest and most engaging chapters of the history of our time. We will visit 3 of the best-known archaeological areas in Campania: the excavations of Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Oplontis.

Pompeii was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site thanks to the presence of civil and private buildings, monuments, sculptures, paintings and mosaics of great importance for the history of archeology and antiquity. Visitors entering through one of the ancient gates can cross the remains of ancient roads and admire houses, shops, the Forum, sacred areas, thermal complexes, theaters, amphitheater, monumental tombs and much more.

Herculaneum is a famous archaeological site located about 10 km from Naples on the eastern side of Vesuvius and close to the sea. In 62 AD a strong earthquake destroyed many factories and seventeen years later (79 AD), the terrible eruption of Vesuvius completely buried the city. The excavations offer visitors the beauty of private houses and villas that still retain charred furniture, organic finds and multiple wooden elements belonging to the structural and architectural parts of the buildings.

At the center of the modern city of Torre Annunziata are the excavations of Oplontis, consisting of 2 ancient villas, of which only the Poppea villa can currently be visited. We are talking about a large monumental residence dating back to the mid-1st century BC which has a spa complex embellished with fake architectural elements and various representations.
