Pompeii itinerary
Here is the itinerary of the tour.
- 8:00 – 8:30am pick up from Hotel/port/airport/train station in Naples
- the trip proceeds to Pompeii- up to 2 hours to explore the ancient city with a Guide
- drop off at Positano
The driver will also provide information about the sites, stop for pictures, and admire the view.

Pompeya, the city of the Roman Empire, was founded in the 6th century BC. and destroyed with Herculaneum, Oplonti, and Stabia during the eruption of Vesuvius in the year 79 AD. Entrance fees for Pompeii are 19,00 € for people – free for children under 18 and adults over 65 possessing a European passport.
Please note that entrance to the Pompeii Archaeological site is not included and costs € 19 per person.
